August-Grant's 2nd Tri!

In August, Grant & I made the trek to Shreveport, Louisiana for Grant's 2nd triathlon. Apparently this tri is constantly voted one of the top 10 in the county and from the beautiful pictures, you can see why.

By the way, Mike & Veronica were there for the race too. See if you can get a good look at Veronica's face as she comes out of the water. Her exact words, "I'M NEVER SWIMMING AGAIN".
And here comes Grant! He finished a half-mile swim, 18 miles on the bike, and a 3.1-mile run!
