I am completely jealous of ya'lls backyard, specifically the enclosed patio. I can envision tons of entertaining out there this summer!

Absolutely GORGEOUS all around! What a great entertaining house with the patio and the big kitchen and open spaces. James would salivate over the gardens. And I love how you decorated the master - so classy. :)

The other posters all seem to know you. I dont. I'm a decorator, and love what I do. I know we all have a budget, but little things can make a huge difference. I believe that your home should be the best place and the best thing we do for ourselves. Forget whats cool. Here are some little tips for you.

Color, is great. It can expand a room or pull it in. Color can make a room warm.. or very cool. So. If you are not fond of strong colors.. try going into some neutrals that have some lovely undertones. Yours is a newer home, so the spaces are open. Keep each room in mind...they all must compliment each other. Flow is super important. Scale is also equally as important. I think you've made a great start. One thing I would tell you to do .. is consider area rugs. They can visually define a space without walls. I have to fight the urge to give you too much advice. This is your journey. Just do what you like... keep basic rules in mind to help you. Rule of 3... 1 dominant color and 2 softer/quiet tones. :) Enjoy. Kudo's. Lovely home
